Each and Every Parent Contributed to the Great Cause
Micky Pacheco is definitely not one of my favorite Goan politicians, but I think he has a good adviser, at least for the present. I say this because, according to me, of all the recent advertisements in newspapers with regard to MoI, the following advertisement on today's O Heraldo by Micky Pacheco has stolen the limelight:
IN GRATITUDE
I was pleased to see so many
advertisements, thanking me
and praising me for
supporting the Medium of
Instruction Issue, (Grant of
Aid to English Medium along
with Regional Languages)
after the government
acceded to our demands.
From the bottom of my heart, I wish to state that the
Real Credit for this victory does not go to any Single
Individual but to "Each and every Parent," who
sacrificed and fought tirelessly for this Great Cause.
While I am humbled with the Credit and the
Recognition of a "Leader" you all have bestowed
on me, I sincerely think that my People who are my
"Real Leaders," deserve the same.
